Summer-friendly wraps and carriers, are at Bellani

Just in stock we have many new and beautiful Moby Wraps, some have an added UV protectant. Using this kind of fabric will offer another layer of protection for baby’s sensitive skin, especially before the recommended age of using sunscreen.

Moby Wrap Baby Carriers are amazingly comfortable and easy to wear! The design of the Moby Wrap uses your entire back, as well as your shoulders, to carry the weight of your baby. Unlike other carriers, which have narrow straps or go across one shoulder, the Moby Wrap is a wide piece of fabric that is wrapped over both shoulders and tied on your waist. There are no buckles, snaps or other fasteners which make wearing simple. The Moby Wrap is long enough to fit all sizes of baby wearers and babies - preemie to 35 lbs.

Come in and shop our large selection of Moby’s today.

Let’s make Dinner!

I’ve been following the creation of many national chains such as Dream Dinners and Super Suppers. The concept is amazing. Super Suppers handles the grocery shopping, the chopping and the cleanup, you walk-in by yourself, or with friends and make 6 or 12 entrees that you package up and freeze for the next weeks at home.

My friends and I love to cook, but we don’t have time to do it frequently, we also want to spend our precious time chatting. At Super Suppers we can do both.

We will have appetizers, drinks, good music and receive one free entree that we will make together, and 20% off anything else you would like to do that night. Got Milk? Leakage that is

Lilypadz recently arrived in our store. Moms have been going crazy over them. Something to actually stop them from leaking, not just absorb the leak. We’ve asked our Moms who have used them to please come back in and tell us how they like them. We actually had a Mom pull her car in the front of the store (don’t worry, Dad was driving), run in and say “oh my god, those are amazing, I don’t leak anymore and you can see them underneath my Tee-Shirt”. She was to funny, but we were happy to hear the product working. How does it work…one side is tacky, the other smooth. You invert the pad, press in your nipple and place it over your breast. They keep the pressure consistent, even without a bra, so there are no more leaks. They last for months and all you have to do is wash them at the end of the day in soap and water, then every once in awhile, boil them for a minute or two.

If you’ve used them or are using them, give us your feedback. -Shannon

Childcare Resources

Nearly everyday at Bellani we are asked where to find Childcare Resources in RI. We are familiar with several local Nanny Agencies, as well as Options for Working Parents. What other resources are available for RI families? Let us know!
